Pensiamo ad introdurci nella Quaresima, iniziando a pensare come vivere il tempo del deserto, di digiuno, di preghiera ed elemosina, come ‘ persone profumate ‘, perché capaci di far sentire attorno a loro il buon profumo di Cristo, lasciando spazio, cioè a gioia semplice che contagia gli altri, fatta di rinuncia, capaci di aprire il cuore, piuttosto che di abbruttire e rendere tristi.
Lo saremo se la presenza del Signore è sentita e vissuta.

Let’s think about introducing ourselves to Lent, starting to think about how to live the time of the desert, of fasting, of prayer and almsgiving, like ‘scented people’, because they are capable of making the good scent of Christ smell around them, leaving room, that is, for joy simple that infects others, made of renunciation, capable of opening the heart, rather than making us ugly and sad.
We will be if the presence of the Lord is felt and experienced.

“Poner a prueba, para crecer en la fe”.
Pensemos en introducirnos en la Cuaresma, empezando a pensar en cómo vivir el tiempo del desierto, del ayuno, de la oración y de la limosna, como ‘personas perfumadas’, porque son capaces de hacer oler a su alrededor el buen olor de Cristo, dejando espacio, es decir, a la alegría sencilla que contagia a los demás, hecha de renuncia, capaz de abrir el corazón, en lugar de afearnos y entristecernos.
Lo seremos si se siente y se experimenta la presencia del Señor.
